Uniting the key stakeholders involved in commissioning and delivering primary and community care services, this Forum will outline how they can best make use of existing resources in this new ICS-driven world – and push NHS England and the Labour government for additional investment – to deliver better care. | Bringing together 100+ senior leaders working across the NHS and wider system – from chief executives, to clinical and population health management leads – to discuss short-term tactics and long-term preventative strategies to deal with existing and reduce future inequalities. | 120+ NHS digital and clinical leaders will come together to explore how digital tools, data, and services can empower individuals to engage meaningfully with their healthcare, while supporting systems to deliver more effective and sustainable models of care. |
